The Westin Richmond is located at 6631 W Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23230. Enter through the main hotel entrance, and signage and staff will direct you to the brunch area.Where do I park?

Santa’s Sunday Brunch features a festive buffet filled with seasonal favorites. Guests can enjoy a build-your-own omelet station with a variety of mix-ins, a kid’s corner with waffles and cookie decorating, hearty hot dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and sweet potato hash, plus a cold table with fresh salads, fruit, cheese, pastries, and a Viennese dessert display. How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase directly through our restaurant website using the secure Brushfire platform. This allows you to select your ticket types, reserve seats for children under 3, and complete payment in one convenient place.Are there different ticket prices for children?
Yes:Adults (ages 11 and up): $45
Children (ages 4–10): $30
Children ages 3 and under: Free (but still require a reserved ticket)
Ticket prices are subject to 10% tax and a 20% gratuity, which goes directly to our hardworking culinary and service staff who help make this holiday event so special. We appreciate your support in recognizing their efforts during this festive season!
Need to cancel?
We understand plans can change! To cancel your tickets, please email us at [email protected] with your name and order details.Cancellations made by December 7, 2025 are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee to cover service and transaction costs. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after that date.
Are children under 3 really free?
Yes! Children aged 0–3 attend at no charge, but we ask that you still reserve a free ticket for them during checkout so we can ensure enough seating and high chairs are available.Do I need to bring a ticket with me?
Yes. Please bring either a printed ticket or have your digital confirmation email ready to show at check-in.Will tickets be sold at the door?
No. This is a pre-sale event only. All tickets must be purchased in advance online. No on-site ticket sales will be available.
